You don't touch itNone of it is made for views. It's made to bring you work.
This is what it looks like.
Founders talking to camera. Professionally filmed. Ready to post.
What you'd otherwise have to put together.
| Who you'd hire | What it costs | What it doesn't do |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing coordinator | $85k + super | Can't film. Can't edit. Learning on your money. |
| Videographer | $4k–$5k a shoot | Hands you the files. You still have to post them. |
| Social media manager | $2k–$3k a month | Doesn't film. Posts whatever you give them. |
| Ads agency | $4k–$6k + spend | Runs ads on content someone else still has to make. |
All four jobs. One person. One invoice.
Nobody to manage. Nobody to brief. Nobody to chase for files.
What it looks like when it's working.
NEACH were already good at what they do. Consistent founder-led video meant people could finally see how they work and what level they operate at, so the enquiries coming in were better ones.

The things people ask before they start.
Why not just hire someone?
A marketing coordinator is $85k plus super, and they still can't film or edit. You'd be paying them to learn while you manage them. This is a videographer, an editor, a social manager and a strategist in one person. Nothing to manage, starts next week, stops whenever you want.
How much is it?
Nine thousand a month. That covers strategy, a shoot day, 8 to 12 pieces, captions, scheduling, posting and reporting. Ads are separate if you want them.
We're already busy. Why would we need this?
Being busy and being busy with the right work are two different things. Most people who come to us aren't quiet, they're just taking whatever comes and doing a lot of quoting they don't win. Content changes who calls you and what they expect to pay before you ever speak to them. It's also worth doing while you're busy rather than when you're not, because that's when it's cheapest to be patient with it.
We tried an agency before and it didn't work.
Most people have. Usually one of three reasons. There was no plan, so it was just posts. It stopped after two months because nobody owned it. Or whoever made it didn't understand the business well enough to say anything worth hearing. Fair enough if you'd rather not go again. But it's worth knowing which of those it was, because they're different problems.
How do we know it's working?
You'll get a monthly report on reach and growth, but that's the surface. What actually tells you it's working is quieter. Sales calls get shorter. People turn up already knowing how you work. Someone quotes something back to you from a video. You stop having to explain why you're worth it. That shows up in conversations before it shows up in a number.
Our clients aren't really on social media.
They're not scrolling looking for a builder, no. But they do look you up once your name comes up, and what they find either backs up what they've heard or it doesn't. That's the job. It's less about reaching strangers and more about what's waiting for someone who's already interested.
Who actually does the work?
One person runs your account start to finish. Same person on the strategy, the shoot day and the reporting. You're not handed to a junior and you're not explaining your business twice.
We're not good on camera.
Nobody is. We ask questions and you answer them, which is a conversation, not a performance. We direct you through the whole thing, so you're never sitting there wondering what to say or how to stand. The shoot days are relaxed and there's no pressure to get anything right first go. Most people are fine ten minutes in. If you can explain your work to a client you can do this.
Can we start smaller?
No, and it's the same reason it hasn't worked before. A smaller version is a few posts a month with no plan behind them, which is what most people have already tried. This works because it's consistent and there's a strategy underneath it. Take either of those away and you're paying for something that won't do anything.
What if we stop?
Your accounts and your content are yours. We come off the access and that's it. Nothing to untangle.
Want it handled?
We take on a small number of clients so each one gets run properly. Fill this in and we'll book a fifteen minute call. No pitch, just whether it's a fit both ways.
